Matt's culinary journey began at Assaggio before moving to The Sebel, where he completed his apprenticeship and quickly rose to Sous Chef. He then played a key role in launching Mt Lofty Ranges Vineyard Restaurant as Head Chef, earning a Chef's Hat in its first year along with the 2016 Chef of the Year award. Matt's passion led him to Leonards Mill, where he helped retain the restaurant's Chef's Hat as Head Chef.
With a growing family, Matt sought a better work-life balance and found it as a personal chef, where he crafts daily menus and caters lavish dinner parties and functions. His dedication to produce, flavor, and innovation has always been at the forefront of his cooking, which he now brings to Next Chapter Catering.
David's culinary journey began with an apprenticeship at the Sebel Playford Hotel, where he quickly rose to Chef de Partie. He honed his skills at the Lion Hotel and Mt Lofty Ranges Vineyard Restaurant, progressing from Sous Chef to Head Chef. David broadened his expertise at diverse restaurants like Anchovy Bandit, Fugazzi, and Bar Mercato. Recently, he has worked with Matt to deliver multi-course dining experiences across South Australia. His vast experience and versatility have led him to catering, with the aim of simply letting people enjoy his passion!
